Mid-Century Solid Cherrywood Bed Frame
This bed frame is one of our all time favourites! It is built from sustainably harvested solid cherrywood and sealed using a satin wood wax and oil blend that provides a VOC free finish. Each corner is secured using 2 integrated bolts that create a very strong connection to ensure a squeak free bed, that will not rock or sway. Solid cedar slats provide a sturdy base that does not require a box spring, and are naturally anti-microbial to help maintain a clean sleeping environment.

All of our bed frames are built to order and take 4-8 weeks before delivery. This allows us to accommodate special requests such as platform height, different woods such as walnut or white oak, or floating side table additions. Please see our furniture gallery for photos of customized bed frames.

We worked with Andrew recently on construction of a custom walnut headboard with integrated nightstands and bedframe with drawers in the base + a custom 9-drawer dresser. They are based on the mid-century designs on his website and turned out absolutely stunning!! Andrew's craftsmanship is second to none - his sourcing of wood, design and woodworking skills and attention to detail are masterful. The pieces are truly works of art.
In addition, Andrew is very pleasant to work with - great with email and phone communication and always willing to discuss ideas. His designs based on our discussions were exactly what we wanted and honestly the pieces turned out to be even more beautiful than we could have imagined.
